Ordering Process

Orders placed before midnight are permitted for next day delivery. Orders can be placed over the phone, via SMS, email or with the online ordering form below. As of July 2022 we have also just launched an online ordering system with Fresho! You can now place your own orders online. Use your customer login details to place your orders or contact us if you’re unsure what your login details are.

If you usually place your order via SMS with one of our staff numbers, our night team will place your orders overnight to ensure they’re ready for delivery by the morning. Don’t stress if you’ve only realised you forgot to order by the morning! There’s a chance that if your driver hasn’t left, we’ll be able to quickly add your order to the truck.

After your orders are placed, our staff will start packing your orders over night. By 6am, our first drivers will start loading their trucks with your orders until every order has been allocated to a suitable run. Invoices are sent with each order, and statements are sent via email weekly or monthly as requested by you.

Our office is open between 7am to 5pm from Monday to Friday and from 7am until 12pm on Saturday.
